Zoe Finch Totten, Chair
Peter Brennan, Vice Chair and former President of Daymon Worldwide, a privately held international company specializing in the sales and marketing of private label consumer products. Peter has spent his career working with leading retail, wholesale, and food service companies in the U.S. and abroad. He is an active member of the Private and Public, Scientific, Academic and Consumer Food Policy Group at Harvard Business School and a participant in CIES.
Gary Hirshberg, Chairman and Co-founder of Stonyfield Farm, the world’s largest manufacturer of organic yogurt. Gary has overseen Stonyfield’s growth from infancy as a 7-cow organic farming school in 1983 to over $300 million in annual sales. This growth has been built with innovative marketing techniques that often combine the social, environmental, and financial missions of the company. One of the company’s five missions is “to serve as a model that environmentally and socially responsible businesses can also be profitable.” He serves on several corporate and non-profit boards including Applegate Farms, Honest Tea, Peak Organic Brewing Company, Climate Counts, Stonyfield Europe, Ltd, Glenisk, Ltd and the Danone Communities Fund.
Flemming Morgan is President of Nutricia, a healthcare division of Danone, and also a member of Danone's Executive Committee. Nutricia has a mission to lead the use of Advanced Medical Nutrition in disease management. Nutricia serves the most vulnerable in society, and is a key contributor to Danone's broader mission to bring health through food to the greatest number. Flemming has led the rapid growth of Nutricia over five years, to become a EUR 1 billion business across 55 countries. Flemming was previously a member of the Executive Board of Royal Numico; Vice President for Africa Middle East for Danone; and Vice President with The Coca Cola Company. Flemming is a British national, born in Kenya and educated in Scotland, and he has never stopped travelling. He has lived and worked in 13 countries, mainly in Latin America and Europe, and speaks five languages. He serves as a non-Executive Board Member of Agrolimen and as a member of the Supervisory Board of the charity SOS Children's Villages.
